In part of preparation for PhotoNOLA in December, I decided to create an updated book/portfolio of my recent photo works from Land of the Stratus; Photographs from the Salish Sea. The book is 80 pages and includes 38 original black and white photographs created over the last four years.

I opted to push the photo design/layout including two page spreads across the gutter of the book. The Photobook; A History Volume 2 by Martin Parr and Bas Princen's Five Cities Portfolio, were both inspirational in my design choices. I spent a good deal of time and energy prepping, proofing, profiling, and designing the book. I am looking forward to receiving the finished product in the next few weeks.
