The Salish Sea is the traditional name for the inland waters of Canada and Washington State, stretching from Puget Sound to Johnstone Strait. In the book, Photographs From the Salish Sea, Photographer Dennis DeHart explores some of the regions unique natural characteristics including Orcas Island and Mt. Baker National Forest. Photographs From the Salish Sea also examines the intimacy of place.
